Role Main Purpose
The role supports execution of the organization's compliance program through monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
The position assists with policy implementation, regulatory research, and compliance investigations.
Functional Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Conduct regulatory research and track changes in laws and standards.
- Prepare and update compliance documentation, including policies, manuals, and reports.
- Execute monitoring activities under manager supervision and test controls.
- Support internal compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Collect and analyze compliance data for reporting.
- Assist with investigations of potential compliance violations.
- Prepare reports for management review.
- Support compliance training materials and employee awareness sessions.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in compliance, governance, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Certifications
- Preferred certifications include GRC Professional, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, Certified Information Privacy Professional, and Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional.
