يستهدف البرنامج حديثي التخرج المتميزين من الجامعات والكليات وفق التخصصات المطلوبة.
يهدف البرنامج إلى تأهيل الكفاءات الشابة وتنمية كفاءاتها الفنية ورفع مستوى معرفتها.
أهداف البرنامج
- الاستثمار في الكفاءات الوطنية الشابة.
- مواءمة التخصصات العلمية مع خطط التدريب العملي بمستوى عال من الاحترافية والتخصصية.
- تطوير وصقل الكفاءات السلوكية والتقنية من خلال الإرشاد والتوجيه في مختلف الأعمال والأنشطة.
شروط التقديم
- يشترط أن يكون المتقدم أو المتقدمة سعودي الجنسية.
- يشترط أن يكون المتقدم حديث التخرج بين عامي 2024 و2026.
- يشترط الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير.
- يجب ألا يقل المعدل التراكمي عن 4 من 5 أو 3 من 4 أو ما يعادلهما.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والتفرغ الكامل للبرنامج مطلوبان.
