Team and Role

Core Responsibilities

• Lead integration support and data architecture across Finance, FP&A, Procurement, ZEO Success, and Legal systems.
• Define data models, data lineage, and integration patterns that establish consistent data across G&A applications.
• Design and optimize secure API-based integrations, microservices, and file-based data flows using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and SQL.
• Architect AI-driven automation workflows and evaluate AI productivity tools and Model Context Protocol servers.
• Enforce encryption, masking, access controls, and security policies for workforce, legal, and financial data.
• Collaborate with business systems, functional, and security teams using RACI frameworks.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, configuration standards, and SOPs compliant with internal controls, SOX, GDPR, and CCPA.

• Transition fragmented data from G&A tools into a resilient, secure, and unified enterprise data model.
• Establish automated, reliable connections among Finance, FP&A, Procurement, HR, and Legal systems.

Technology Stack

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data architecture, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in system integrations and backend development.

• Deep hands-on experience with data structures and integration patterns across Procurement, HR or ATS, ERP, and expense systems.
• Understanding of LLM application patterns, AI integration tools, and Model Context Protocol concepts.
• Knowledge of data security, encryption, access controls, and IT or SOX compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with project governance frameworks such as RACI matrices.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
