Job Summary
Support sales growth across EMEA vertical markets through customer solutions, supplier ecosystems, and coordinated sales efforts.
Engage customers directly, define product and solution strategies, and create go-to-market plans for Supermicro’s core product family.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze market and business trends and develop tactics to grow market share through strategically positioned solutions.
- Identify and address enterprise customer requirements for existing and emerging use cases.
- Provide new product training to customers.
- Define and refine product and solution specifications with customers.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
- Research technology, customer, and competitor trends and provide feedback for platform portfolio strategy.
- Build customer service relationships with prospects and support sales teams in closing deals.
- Develop supplier ecosystems and maintain vendor relationships to develop business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Have 8–10+ years of product management or product promotion experience and the ability to influence customers.
