Envysion, a Motorola Solutions company, provides cloud-based enterprise video security and business analytics solutions for quick-service restaurant and retail industries.
The Engineering department seeks a technical leader to advance machine learning solutions for its product line.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead software engineers toward strategic product goals and provide technical direction for appliance software architecture and internal tooling.
- Plan, execute, and communicate appliance releases while improving release processes, tools, methodologies, and customer-facing workflows.
- Coordinate engineering, product, customer success, sales, and support teams on release schedules and priorities.
- Monitor the health and performance of connected customer devices and address issues promptly.
- Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities across software development workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of software engineering experience and 4+ years of leading teams or people management experience.
- Experience as a Team Lead, Engineering Manager, Release Manager, or similar role working on cloud-managed video solutions.
- Hands-on development experience with relational databases, JavaScript, C++, and React.
