Installation & Commissioning

Perform installation, commissioning, and start-up of UV disinfection systems at customer locations.

Verify equipment installation as per engineering drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Configure and test electrical, mechanical, and control system components.

Conduct performance validation and operational checks during project handover.

Provide customer training on operation and routine maintenance of UV systems.

Service & Maintenance

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for UV equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control-related issues.

Replace and repair faulty components including lamps, ballasts, sensors, actuators, power supplies, motors, pumps, valves, and control panels.

Perform system inspections and recommend corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.

Maintain service records and submit detailed service reports after each site visit.

Electro-Mechanical Support

Troubleshoot and maintain: UV reactors and chambers Electrical control panels PLC-based control systems Sensors and instrumentation Pumps and motors Actuated valves Power distribution systems Wiring and cable connections

Interpret electrical schematics, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&ID drawings.

Conduct electrical measurements using testing instruments such as multimeters, insulation testers, and clamp meters.

Customer Support

Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.

Respond promptly to service calls and breakdown situations.

Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules, spare parts requirements, and system upgrades.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance reports.

Maintain service logs, visit reports, and equipment history records.

Submit travel expenses, service documentation, and customer feedback reports on time.

Assist in preparing technical service manuals and maintenance procedures.

Safety & Compliance

Follow company EHS guidelines and customer site safety requirements.

Conduct risk assessments before carrying out field activities.

Ensure compliance with electrical and mechanical safety standards
