Overview
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and resources.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, BA, Development, QA, DevOps, Integration, and Solution Architecture.
- Manage client, executive, vendor, and other key stakeholder communications.
- Prepare executive-level project status reports, dashboards, and steering committee presentations.
- Monitor project KPIs, progress, budget utilization, and delivery performance.
- Manage Change Requests (CRs), project documentation, approvals, and acceptance processes.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure actions and decisions are properly tracked and closed.
- Manage project handover, acceptance, closure, and lessons learned.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience in leading large-scale technology and digital transformation projects.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in managing project plans, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Ability to manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and resources.
- Experience in project governance, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
