We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of a steel and pipe manufacturing facility in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
The role involves overseeing industrial cost accounting, financial planning, ERP optimization, and treasury operations, with a focus on guiding the company through an upcoming IPO.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee industrial cost accounting, financial planning, ERP optimization, and treasury operations.
- Guide the company through an upcoming IPO, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Design and implement advanced manufacturing cost accounting systems.
- Perform variance analyses on direct materials, scrap metal, machine utilization, and inventory valuation.
- Optimize financial operations using ERP systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams.
- Present financial performance reports to the CEO and Board members.
Key Requirements
- Experience in industrial cost accounting and financial planning.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience in treasury operations and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, particularly ZATCA regulations.
- Ability to manage relationships with investment bankers, auditors, and legal counsel.
