Job Summary

  • Supermicro Computer is looking for Senior Sales Manager with knowledge of the market and experience, who is able to deal with extensive customer, complex enquiries and sales leads.
  • This role will take responsibility for the new engagement and sales growth of SI/CSP customers in Saudi Arabia, as well as managing existing customer accounts.
  • Focused on sales growth and the winning of new business, the candidate will be required to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure targets for sales and growth are met.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hardware industry and good knowledge of the middle eastern market & Specifically Saudi Arabia.
  • Candidate needs to be Self driven, results oriented with a positive outlook, and have a clear focus on high quality and business profit.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales operation to ensure excellent customer experience and generate revenue.
  • Find, develop and manage multiple key accounts.
  • Working with multiple customers and Account Managers across MENA.
  • Managing the full sales cycles including orders to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Working with customers and sales to submit accurate internal forecasts.
  • Understanding, articulating, and selling propositions with your customers.
  • Identifying and converting opportunities.
  • Identifying and managing sales forecasts for your customers.
  • Be able to deal with complex enquiries and sales leads promptly.
  • Proactively identifying and mapping to target new business opportunities with System Integrators & CSPs.
  • Achieving sales targets and growth.
  • Developing appropriate Channel sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT and / or business Administration.
  • Proven experience of Sales 8+ years in the industry and have the ability to sell and negotiate.
  • A consistently high level of quality of work is required to ensure new business opportunities are maximized.
  • Have a can do attitude and be self motivated with the ability to resolve problems and create solutions.
  • Experience of operating both internally and externally.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced Sales/Business Development role internationally.
  • Initiative and skills in developing, growing and converting business leads and opportunities.
  • Strong team player.
  • Prior experience selling technology into corporate accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability in pre call planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling, call structure and control, time and territory management.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiating skills.
  • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
