Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic investment professional with experience in Wealth Management / Asset Management / Family Office setups.
The candidate will be responsible for capital allocation, portfolio construction, and delivering investment strategies for HNI and Institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement
- investment strategies
- across asset classes (equity, fixed income, alternatives, etc.)
- Perform
- capital allocation
- decisions aligned with client risk profiles and market conditions
- Manage and advise portfolios for
- HNI and Institutional clients
- Conduct
- deep financial analysis
- , macroeconomic research, and market trend evaluation
- Work closely with product teams to design and position
- investment products and solutions
- Monitor portfolio performance and rebalance strategies as required
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
- Collaborate with sales/relationship teams to support client acquisition and retention
Key Requirements
- 5–12 years of experience in:
• Asset Management Companies (AMCs)
- Family Offices
• Wealth Management Firms
- Strong exposure to
- HNI and Institutional client servicing
- Proven experience in:
- Capital Allocation
- Portfolio Construction
- Investment Strategy
- Solid understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and investment products
- Strong
- analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent
- strategic thinking and decision-making ability
- Experience in product management (preferred)
Educational Qualifications
- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA (preferred)
- Strong academic background in finance, economics, or related field
