Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new opportunities for our various services.
  • Generate leads through direct visits, cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and decision makers.
  • Assess site conditions and recommend suitable waterproofing and related solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and presentations.
  • Provide basic technical guidance related to waterproofing systems and surface protection.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre sales stage.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and regularly update sales activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Track opportunities and maintain CRM/data records.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related engineering field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in waterproofing services, construction services, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of waterproofing methods and applications.

Skills Required

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Good technical understanding of construction and waterproofing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self driven with a results oriented approach.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driving license (mandatory).
  • Arabic speaking is an advantage.

  • Sales target achievement.
  • Lead generation and conversion rate.
