5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Strong mathematical and technical skills, with excellent investigative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to think logically and methodically.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, delegation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Working knowledge of statistical software/packages and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
