- Conduct training sessions for site engineers, supervisors, and workers on QA/QC procedures
- Prepare and present quality reports, progress updates, and compliance reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- 7 10 years of experience in QA/QC within landscaping, construction, civil engineering, or environmental sectors
- Proven experience in monitoring, inspecting, and ensuring quality compliance in landscaping projects
- Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality standards
- Expertise in softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, soil testing, plant health assessments, and drainage solutions
- Strong understanding of local municipality guidelines, environmental standards, health & safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Experience in root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and preventive measures
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, MS Office Suite, and project management software

Job Purpose
- The Senior QA/QC Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- This role involves conducting inspections, audits, and tests to verify that materials, workmanship, and processes meet established quality benchmarks.
- By collaborating with project teams, contractors, and suppliers, the Senior QA/QC Engineer ensures that quality standards are upheld throughout all project phases.
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and inspection plans
- Ensure all landscaping projects adhere to industry standards, environmental regulations, and client specifications
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions to mitigate quality issues
- Perform regular site inspections to assess quality of landscaping work
- Conduct material inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Audit subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality requirements

- Maintain accurate quality records including test results, inspection reports, and non conformance reports

Education & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory)

- 7–10 years of experience in QA/QC within landscaping, construction, civil engineering, or environmental sectors
