The Senior Program Manager, Professional Services, leads a portfolio of strategic customer programs across the Middle East.

The manager oversees multiple customer engagements and guides project managers, partners, consultants, and stakeholders through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Govern programs from opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
- Manage delivery performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Own forecasting, financial performance, revenue realization, margin health, and change governance.
- Assess readiness, implementation approaches, resources, timelines, and risks during deal reviews and project initiation.
