The Senior Project Manager role in the Service Transition Group is responsible for driving the completion of challenging projects to onboard clients into Managed Services. The project portfolio for this role will cover the spectrum of Managed Services offerings including but not limited to Infrastructure, Cloud, Endpoints, Security, M365 and more. Ensure project success by identifying issues and required actions, then leading the team to resolution and completion. Identify and manage risks associated with projects and minimize their impact on the project success
Report on progress and escalating key issues to management in a timely manner to maintain progress
Document processes and procedures to ensure operational consistency and facilitate team knowledge sharing Ability to learn and work in multiple tools and platforms
Manage competing interests and priorities among diverse stakeholder groups

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field or equivalent years of experience Required: Five (5) years’ experience in at least one of the following areas:
Infrastructure or Security
Network Operations
Public or Private Cloud
Required: 8+ years of project management experience.
Required: Experience managing projects across organizations and functional areas in fast-paced environments.
Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Desired: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified associate in project management (CAPM).
Desired: Experience with project management disciplines, including:
Project planning using Microsoft Project or Microsoft Excel
Issue and risk identification, tracking, and resolution
Status reporting through standardized templates and recurring status meetings
Managing multiple projects, shifting priorities, and scope changes
Ability to collaborate effectively with project team members and stakeholders Proficiency with M365 applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
