Sr. Project Controller - Level III

Richard Design Services (RDS) is currently seeking experienced Level III Project Controller.

The Sr.

Project Controller is responsible for managing multiple aspects of project controls, including cost management, scheduling, and risk assessment for complex engineering projects.

This position is responsible for providing high-level support to the project management team and ensuring all control processes are effectively implemented and followed.

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met.
• Lead the development and maintenance of project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow projections. This includes engineering; as well as overall project budgets.
• Implement and manage cost control systems, tracking all expenditures and ensuring the project remains within budget.
• Prepare and analyze detailed project reports, including earned value management (EVM), schedule variance, and cost performance.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions to address project risks or performance issues.
• Lead project review meetings with senior stakeholders and provide advice on the project’s financial health and schedule status.
