Mechanical Engineer - Level III

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on large and small projects both leading and hand on.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams.
• Expert knowledge in engineering design principles, methods, and software tools.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in advanced engineering software and modeling tools.
• In-depth understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High attention to detail and focus on quality control.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This position primarily is performed from RICHARD's office located in Houston, TX.

The work will mostly take place in an office setting, and the employee will need to communicate with others in person, over the phone, and through email.

The employee should be physically able to carry out the required tasks.

They may need to visit Client facilities, so it's important that the employee is in good physical health in order to travel, conduct field assessments, attend meetings at various locations, and perform other duties as required.
