Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Lead Icertis architecture, roadmap, implementation, cutover, and production operations.
• Deliver integrations with SAP, SAP MDG, Microsoft applications, Adobe workflows, and ERP or finance systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data models, API contracts, and mappings.
• Implement middleware, APIs, message queues, or batch ETL with error handling and reconciliation.
• Operate CI/CD, provisioning, containerization, AKS deployments, and Terraform, ARM, or Bicep infrastructure.
• Enforce security, RBAC, data protection, audit, and change-control governance.
• Lead testing, UAT, cutover, rollback planning, and post-go-live L2/L3 support.
• Mentor teams, review technical work, and establish configuration, development, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, supplier, and customer stakeholders.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, runbooks, technical documentation, and training materials.

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of CLM, Icertis architecture, development, and support experience.
• Icertis Administrator and Architect certifications required.
• Global implementation experience with SAP MDG, SSO/IAM, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Adobe e-signature workflows required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills required.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work primarily in US time zones required.
• ITIL and Agile project methodology experience required.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
