Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage safety, scope, time, budget, quality, risks, communications, resources, third parties, and integrations.
• Take profit and loss responsibility and proactively manage financial indicators.
• Deliver timely project reporting, revenue collection, and cash flow planning.
• Manage project expansions and extensions for mutual customer and company benefit.
• Build customer relationships and provide recommendations based on the customer’s business and operating environment.
• Facilitate subcontractor use and ensure clearly defined performance requirements.
• Ensure staffing and resource requirements are met with clear roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain open, regular, and effective communication with project team members.
• Evaluate project influences and risks financially, including contract and change-request factors.
• Define project targets for cost account managers and ensure regular status updates.
• Provide feedback on completed execution and promote innovation, improvements, risk identification, and occupational health and safety.

WHS&E Responsibilities

• Keep controlled work areas and equipment safe and without health risks.
• Minimize environmental impacts and prevent pollution.
• Identify, assess, control, and report hazards and incidents through the company process.
• Provide safety instruction, information, training, and supervision to workers, contractors, partners, students, and others.

Requirements
