About the Role
MM Management Consultant is hiring a Senior Production and Planning Control Engineer in Dubai. The role involves understanding cycle times, machine loading, scheduling orders, coordinating with supply chain, and managing production plans.

Responsibilities
- Understand cycle time of each product, do machine loading and scheduling orders based on priorities
- Work on Raw Material RM required for project and share with Stores to check availability and indenting
- Share RM Consumption plan based on Machine loading with SCM
- Coordinate with the supply chain on the schedule given by them on a regular basis
- Ensure material is received on the mentioned dates with the mentioned quantity
- Keep a check on the receipt of material is received with QC acceptance
- Check with SCM Team if there is any impact on the production plan due to delay in raw material and inform Sales Support/Sales
- Close deviations (if any observed in RM after receipt of material) in coordination with concerned stakeholders on priority
- Map plan v/s actual variance reasons
- Coordinate with the production planner on the production plan on a regular basis to ensure production is done as per plan
- Inform project team / sales team on the revised plan and escalate issue to immediate manager related to delays or deviation
- Manage deviations related to the orders
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Basic understanding of BOM, cycle time/takt time, OEE, VSM, Lean
- Understanding the flow and deviation related to production & dispatch
- Basic Engineering aptitude Mechanical
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Exposure to Metal fabrication
- Cycle time Calculation
- ERP or equivalent system/tool exposure

Job Responsibilities
