- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Wallet
- Own the wallet experience end to end, from onboarding to DeFi and onchain interactions
- Design and deliver seamless wallet experiences by abstracting complex on chain functionality
- Drive cross functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Operations
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
- Identify opportunities to improve wallet adoption, activation, retention, and engagement
- Stay close to wallet, DeFi, stablecoin, and onchain ecosystem trends
- Define and own key product metrics, using data and experimentation to drive improvement

- 4+ years of product management experience with consumer facing products
- Prior crypto, Web3, trading, gaming or banking experience required
- Deep technical fluency in Web3 and on chain fundamentals
- Obsessive product sense with consumer first mindset
- Proven stakeholder management skills

The team
- The Onchain Product team is building the next generation of financial products at Kraken, leveraging blockchain infrastructure to deliver faster, more transparent, and globally accessible financial services.
- The team sits at the intersection of crypto, DeFi, and traditional finance, owning products that enable customers to earn yield, access tokenized assets, interact with onchain protocols, and participate in the emerging onchain economy.
The opportunity
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Wallet, aligned to customer needs and company goals
- Own the wallet experience end to end, from onboarding and asset management to DeFi, payments, and onchain interactions
- Design and deliver seamless wallet experiences by abstracting complex on chain functionality into simple, user friendly products.
- Drive cross functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Operations to deliver high impact features
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration
- Identify opportunities to improve wallet adoption, activation, retention, and engagement
- Stay close to wallet, DeFi, stablecoin, and onchain ecosystem trends to inform product direction
- Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations and expand wallet capabilities
- Define and own key product metrics, using data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement
- Help establish Kraken Wallet as the preferred gateway to the onchain economy through secure, intuitive, and innovative user experiences

- Deep technical fluency you are comfortable in the weeds of system architecture, understand Web3 and on chain fundamentals, can read and dabble in code, and do not leave hard technical problems solely to engineering
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating competing priorities and driving alignment in a dynamic, regulated environment
- Macro to micro versatility: the ability to hold and defend a strategic view while staying close enough to the detail to make good product decisions
- Well rounded interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly across diverse, distributed teams

- 4+ years of product management experience with a clear track record of shipping meaningful consumer facing products, and prior crypto, Web3, trading, gaming or banking experience is required
