Role Overview
Novartis is hiring a Senior Procurement AI & Analytics Lead to advance its procurement digital transformation agenda.
The role shapes and delivers AI-enabled technology solutions, particularly agentic AI platforms, to improve decision-making and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams designing, building, and launching AI-powered procurement solutions and digital platforms.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
- Oversee agentic AI MVPs from ideation through deployment and iteration.
- Gather stakeholder requirements, validate use cases, and ensure solutions address business needs.
- Manage vendors and make-versus-buy decisions for procurement technology integration.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Monitor platform health, model performance, and system resource usage.
- Guide implementation teams on system and solution architecture.
- Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and upskilling.
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, with 14+ years of relevant experience.
