Role Overview
The role provides data science and quantitative analytical support to help solve unmet medical needs, generate insights, and automate repeatable processes.
The position focuses on modeling drug product formulation and process development, including process understanding, scale-up, and manufacturing questions.
Major Accountabilities
- Develop mechanistic, empirical, statistical, and hybrid models for drug product formulation and process development.
- Translate formulation and process questions into model- and data-ready problem statements.
- Apply statistics, Design of Experiments, multivariate analysis, and data-driven modeling.
- Build predictive models and decision-support tools for drug product unit operations.
- Deliver end-to-end data science solutions from data preparation through lifecycle management.
- Create visualizations, dashboards, and technical narratives for diverse stakeholders.
- Contribute to automation and AI-assisted workflows while maintaining scientific oversight.
- Share knowledge, document work, and develop reusable modeling and AI assets.
Essential Skills
- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant quantitative engineering, science, mathematics, statistics, or data science discipline.
