Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Hyderabad.
- Three days of work from the Novartis Hyderabad office are mandatory.
Role Overview
The Content Enablement team develops technology for planning, creating, managing, and publishing impactful content.
The Business Analyst liaises between business and technology teams to align solutions with stakeholder needs and strategic objectives.
The team aims to enable a high-performance content lifecycle, effortless compliance, intuitive end-to-end experiences, and continuous product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and users to identify problems and drive solutions independently.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Research new technologies and methods to improve business processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive requirements and functional documents.
- Translate business needs for the development team to support effective solution delivery.
- Analyze requirement feasibility and product limitations and collaborate on solutions.
