About the Role

Responsibilities
- Review and convey Engineer’s consent to Contractors’ Baseline schedule of works in line with Contract conditions
- Validate compatibility of project resources for timely completion
- Develop a Master Schedule integrating multiple packages considering interdependencies
- Evaluate planning and scheduling information from updated/progress schedules, identify delays, and suggest mitigation measures
- Perform 'What if' analysis to assess time impact of changes and variations
- Prepare regular progress reports with program analysis and recommendations
- Assess claims including Extension of Time and Disruption using delay analysis methodologies
- Coordinate with client to finalize contractor programs, reports, and claims
- Attend meetings and prepare minutes
- Prepare trackers/logs to monitor critical issues during design and construction
- Agree on progress measurement system and key indicators with consultants/contractors
- Issue delay notices and slow performance letters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 12 years of experience in planning and scheduling on relevant infrastructure projects (Utilities, Roads, Landscape, Structures) in community development, preferably in the Gulf region
- Proficiency in scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of industry best practices and regulations

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 12 years of experience in planning and scheduling on relevant infrastructure projects
- Experience in infrastructure and utilities with understanding of construction industry
- Proficiency in scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
