Sr. .NET Full Stack Developer-Software Engineer III

6+ years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development

6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including mandatory experience developing enterprise-grade applications in highly regulated industries (e.g., Financial Services, Insurance, or Banking)

Secure Coding Practices: Demonstrated expertise in secure software development lifecycles (SSDLC), mitigating OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, and handling sensitive data (PII/NPI) with rigorous encryption and compliance standards

Core Languages & Frameworks: Deep technical proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET Core / .NET 5+), with a strong command of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and asynchronous programming patterns.

Frontend Proficiency: Hands-on experience developing Single Page Applications (SPAs) using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.

Databases & Transactional Integrity: Expert-level knowledge of relational database design (Microsoft SQL Server), data access technologies (Entity Framework, ADO.NET), and ensuring data integrity across complex financial workflows.

Testing Frameworks: Proven track record of writing reliable unit and integration tests using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest) to ensure zero-defect releases for critical systems.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with specific FSI workflows, such as claim processing, underwriting life cycles, policy administration, or payment gateways.

Compliance Frameworks: Working knowledge of industry-specific data privacy frameworks such as PCI-DSS, GLBA, or SOX.

Cloud Architecture: Hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling cloud-native applications in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB) or AWS.

Containerization: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar container orchestration platforms. Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities

Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

Excellent Written and Communication Skills

Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
