- Lead and manage mechanical engineering works including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems
- Review and approve mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, electrical engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems
- Ensure all mechanical works comply with project specifications, safety standards, and local authority regulations
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues related to mechanical works
- Prepare method statements, material submittals, and technical reports
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship standards
- Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff
Requirements
