Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Architectural Inspector
to monitor and inspect architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
The candidate will be responsible for inspecting finishing works and ensuring construction activities meet design and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect
- architectural works
- on-site including
- finishing, blockwork, plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and cladding

- Ensure all works are carried out as per
- approved drawings, specifications, and method statements

- Monitor
- quality of materials and workmanship
- used in architectural works.
- Review and verify
- shop drawings and material submittals

- Conduct
- site inspections
- and prepare inspection reports.
- Identify
- non-conformance issues
- and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with
