The Sr.

Manager, Sponsored Advertising will focus their energy on leading advertising initiatives and business growth for brands operating on Amazon.

In this role, you will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of Amazon and channel retailer Sponsored Ads campaign strategy, while leading a team and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable business results.

Our ideal candidate for this position is a confident and curious self-starter who is skilled in client management as well as internal talent development, while possessing superior organizational and negotiations skills.

This is a high-impact role responsible for managing a portfolio of Amazon businesses, ensuring advertising strategy aligns with broader e-commerce strategies.

• Lead strategic, high-impact projects and partnerships across marketing, retail, and operations teams. Influence executive decision-making by providing thought leadership on the evolving role of Amazon Advertising in broader business and omnichannel strategies.
• Create sophisticated omni-channel advertising strategies tailored to large complex, high-growth businesses. Leverage deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, consumer behavior, and brand objectives to architect customized, multi-layered media plans that go beyond tactical execution.
• Drive high-level advertising and growth strategies for a portfolio of brands/businesses on Amazon and channel retailers that align with overall business / client objectives, leveraging market trends, competitive insights, and internal data to shape long-term planning and decision-making.
