FedEx is hiring a Senior Manager – Sales, GCC to lead sales managers and professionals across the UAE, Oman, Egypt, and Jordan.
The position covers regional sales growth across Field Sales and Inside Sales channels.
What You Will Do
- Lead, inspire, and elevate sales managers and professionals across key Middle East markets.
- Accelerate revenue, acquire key accounts, retain valuable clients, and expand market share.
- Coach, mentor, and empower cross-cultural sales teams to outperform strategic targets.
- Collaborate across business functions to design and execute regional growth strategies.
- Contribute to strategic projects across Operations, Marketing, and wider regional initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants need 5 or more years of direct sales experience, including 2–3 years in sales leadership.
- Deep knowledge of Middle Eastern markets and cross-cultural leadership skills are required.
- Candidates should have a proven record of planning and executing high-growth sales strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end logistics landscape is required, including Express, Ocean, Road, and Air Freight.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.
