Role Responsibilities
- Support customer care and hub operations.
- Create customer accounts and complete basic process onboarding.
- Handle bookings, inquiries, quotes, complaints, and basic issue resolution.
- Manage cases, service recovery, proactive prevention, and claims handling.
- Resolve escalated issues and refer complex matters to senior team members.
- Complete defined processes and procedures accurately, completely, and on time.
- Identify anomalies and use established rules and procedures to resolve them.
