Responsibilities
- Achieve growth & hit sales targets in the assigned regions.
- Expand market share.
- Establish business for Solid tyres, OTR, Pneumatic tyres & Inner tubes by Developing Distributors/Dealers.
- Supply port authorities, govt tenders to the regions allocated.
- OEM business development.
- Developing Fleets for Industrial tyres.
- Drive development of new brand and garner support of the teams to drive this across region allotted.
- Responsible for rolling out marketing and brand strategies/action plans of the company.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities/data, customer feedback & derive go to market strategy.
- Effective forecasting and sales planning of products.
- Identify emerging market trends.
- Effective use of CRM tool to manage the value stream of the respective customer.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Strong market analysis and forecasting skills
- Proficient in using CRM tools
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
