Role Overview
The Senior Manager – Projects is responsible for end-to-end real estate project management.
The role covers design, tendering, procurement, construction, contracts, quality, safety, approvals, handover, and close-out.
Projects must be delivered within approved cost, timelines, scope, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from pre-construction and design through execution, handover, and close-out.
- Manage scope, budgets, schedules, cash flow, resources, risks, costs, and project changes.
- Manage consultants, designers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Lead design reviews, value engineering, authority approvals, tendering, procurement, and contract awards.
- Manage FIDIC contracts, variations, claims, extensions of time, and commercial risks.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, HSE compliance, contractor performance, and corrective actions.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, budgets, and management updates.
- Coordinate statutory approvals, NOCs, clearances, handover, snagging, and close-out.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
