Role Description

  • Lead the development and evolution of strategic technical solutions to optimize Amazon's supply chain defects identification and resolution processes.
  • Develop a long term product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and Science teams to design and implement automated systems.
  • Work cross functionally with engineering, operations, and vendor management teams.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Own end to end product development lifecycle for supply chain defect management systems.
  • Create and execute strategic technical product roadmaps with clear milestones.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure product performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Retail, Operations, and Engineering teams.
  • Lead technical discovery and architecture design with software developers, data scientists, and analytics teams.
  • Drive product optimization through user feedback and iterative feature enhancements.
  • Manage product backlog prioritization and lead agile development processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
  • 6+ years of team management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end to end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
