About the Role

- Lead OMP enhancement delivery across IT integration, program leadership, and value measurement
- Serve as senior technical SME on end to end OMP and SAP integration, leading architecture decisions and identifying risks
- Drive cross functional alignment across KHC IT, Finance, business stakeholders, and Center of Excellence
- Lead change management, go live onboarding, and process rollout in partnership with Workstream leads
- Own end to end value tracking strategy for OMP enhancements, defining measurement frameworks and building reporting in Power BI and Snowflake SQL
- Leverage AI tools to analyze data and surface insights, validating that enhancements deliver expected business outcomes
- Manage OMP vendor relationship and participate in integration design decisions
- Set tone for Agile program operations, driving prioritization decisions, removing blockers, and ensuring team delivers against KPIs
Requirements
- 5 7 years of experience in supply/materials planning or IT integration; supply chain planning background a plus
- Deep SAP and OMP integration expertise, including ability to lead architecture decisions and identify system risks
- Proven leadership and decision making ability with focus on continuous improvement
- Strong cross functional communication skills
- Agile/Scrum experience; proven ability to lead an Agile team as a senior contributor
- Proficiency in Snowflake SQL and Power BI for building and maintaining analytics and reporting solutions
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to analyze and parse data and solve complex business problems
- Experience with budget creation and management a plus
- Strong change management skills to drive strategy and maximize tool value

Overview
- As the Senior Manager, OMP Integration and Data Analytics, you will serve as the program level technical and strategic lead for OMP enhancements.
- You will own the integration architecture between OMP and other tools like SAP, Aera, Power BI, and drive enterprise wide stakeholder alignment.
- You will oversee the data and analytics infrastructure that connects to OMP, including Snowflake SQL, Power BI, and AI assisted analysis.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- IT Integration & Technical Architecture (40%): Serve as senior technical SME on end to end OMP and SAP integration, leading architecture decisions and managing vendor relationship.
- Program Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment (20%): Drive cross functional alignment across KHC IT, Finance, business stakeholders, and Center of Excellence; lead change management and process rollout.
- Value Measurement & Analytics (40%): Own end to end value tracking strategy, building and maintaining reporting in Power BI and Snowflake SQL, leveraging AI tools to analyze data and validate outcomes.
Expected Experience & Required Skills
- Proven leadership and decision making ability with a focus on continuous OMP improvement.
- Deep workstream expertise with ability to guide discussions and foster a forward thinking mindset.
- Ability to operate at macro, meso, and micro process levels and connect them into a cohesive end to end view.

Workplace
- This is a hybrid position (3 days in office) based at one of our offices: Chicago (Aon Center), Pittsburgh (PPG Place), or Toronto (Queen’s Quay).
Compensation
- New Hire Base Salary Range: CAD 120,800.00 CAD 151,000.00.
- This position is eligible for a performance based bonus.
