Sr. Manager Mfg. & Process Dvl. Engineering

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical - related majors, and 13+ years’ related experience including 8+ years related, managerial-level experience in multinational manufacturing sites

Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma. etc. industrial methods/tools

Experience in power cable assembly industry, preferred

Fluent in English, with good presentation skills

Familiar with MS software

Familiar with industrial specification (i.e. IPC 620)

Familiar with Stamping / Plating / Molding / Assembly processes

COMPENSATION • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $158,600 – $237,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location) • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
