Role Overview
Lead logistics product operations across product strategy, feature rollouts, documentation, and product issue resolution.
The role reports to the Vice President, Regional Logistics and manages two Logistics Product Managers plus one Logistics Product Specialist to be determined.
Product Strategy and Problem Solving
- Lead product discovery and prioritization in alignment with logistics OKRs and local and regional logistics team needs.
- Build logistics product requirements to support the talabat Everyday App through stakeholder lobbying and prioritization.
- Engage with business, Delivery Hero, and talabat technology teams to address product pain points and prioritize new features.
- Drive product thinking to solve logistics problems and priorities using subject matter expertise.
- Raise feature requests and advocate for prioritization through compelling business cases.
Feature Rollouts
- Oversee testing and completion of pre-launch activities for new feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with functional teams to design targeted experiments.
- Identify and monitor success metrics, including the setup of reporting infrastructure.
- Communicate new developments and recommend next steps to stakeholders before and after go-live.
