The Opportunity

  • As a Senior Manager, Client Strategy, you'll own high stakes commercial investments from white glove pre sales pitches through portfolio expansion.
  • Translate digital trends, contact center pressures, user insights, and AI driven opportunities into strategies for Fortune 500 and mid market clients.
  • Operate autonomously, bringing clarity and conviction to ambiguous problems centered on enterprise customer experience and contact center transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial narrative: Partner with Sales and Industry Leaders to build end to end strategically differentiated narratives for major client proposals.
  • Shape the pipeline early: Catalyze portfolio expansion and new logo opportunities with audience tailored messaging.
  • Facilitate strategic workshops: Design and run sessions that bring clarity and synthesize outputs into actionable recommendations.
  • Map business and user pain to best in class solutions: Conduct lean pre sales user and market research.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in digital product strategy, management consulting, or high growth technology company with client facing commercial engagements.
  • Proven CX expertise within the contact center.
  • Proven ability to scope, refine, and pitch commercial opportunities cross functionally.
  • Expert communicator and storyteller with C level audiences.
  • Deep command of digital strategy including user centered research, journey mapping, product roadmap development, and design thinking.
  • Hands on experience with enterprise AI tools day to day.
  • Experience designing and facilitating strategic stakeholder workshops.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in a sales role.
  • MBA or advanced degree in digital strategy, UX, data & AI, or related disciplines.
  • Background in ROI modeling, business case development, or analytical frameworks.

Compensation Range

  • CACAD 118,650 CACAD 169,500
