Job Summary
- The Senior Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the Operations Department in ensuring efficient day to day service delivery, particularly within Facilities Management and maintenance portfolio.
- The role involves overseeing job requests, ensuring SLA compliance, maintaining accurate CRM/CAFM records, managing KPIs, coordinating with suppliers, handling customer interactions, and supporting payment collections.

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven experience in handling preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
- Well versed in CAFM systems and CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and FM/Maintenance service standards.

- Strong knowledge of MEP maintenance processes
