- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
- Client relationship management abilities, with experience in building trust, handling objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to deliver clear presentations and written proposals.
- Knowledge of contracting, construction, or related services sectors in the UAE market is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple opportunities and client requests simultaneously.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within construction, facilities management, or services industries in the region.
