Role Overview
Design, develop, and contextualize high-quality General Assembly learning programs for enterprise, technical, and professional audiences.
Create practical, outcome-driven learning experiences that help learners apply relevant skills in real workplace contexts.
The role focuses on scalable program quality and applied learning, including but not limited to AI curriculum.
Location and Language
- The role is based in Dubai.

Program Ownership and Discovery
- Lead learning experience design for programs spanning AI, emerging technology, digital transformation, technical skills, leadership, role-based application, and workplace productivity.
- Own requirements gathering, learning outcomes, timelines, scope, resourcing, development plans, and content quality from discovery through delivery.
- Partner with client-facing, sales, product, solutions, and delivery teams to identify needs and define practical learning solutions.
- Evaluate relevant tools, workflows, use cases, and workplace contexts, including AI tools where appropriate.
