海外运营体系搭建
- 主导搭建海外运营中台，包括远程监控与调度中心、跨区域SLA和应急响应机制。
- 制定车辆准入、日常巡检、故障处理、电池补能和数据合规等区域运营SOP。
- 建立车队可用率、运营时长、客户投诉率和合规事件率等KPI体系。
项目交付与本地化
- 牵头新加坡、马来西亚、中东和欧洲等区域的车队部署、客户 onboarding及上牌、路权和合规申报。
- 与邮政集团、港口、园区、机场和物流公司等当地伙伴设计联合运营方案。
- 输出本地化交付手册、培训体系和运维工具链。
客户与生态运营
- 管理海外关键政府及企业客户，包括新加坡滨海湾、樟宜机场、马来西亚ALS和阿联酋邮政等客户。
- 协同业务发展和解决方案团队挖掘存量客户的增购与续约机会。
- 开展客户成功回访并提升净收入留存。
团队与合规管理
- 管理海外本地运营团队和远程中台团队，包括轮班及跨时区排班。
- 对接各国无人车法规、牌照和路权，并与法务及政府事务团队协作。
- 负责项目风险预警和突发事件处置，包括舆情、安全事故和监管沟通。
任职要求
- 具备5年以上运营管理经验，并有自动驾驶、无人配送车、服务机器人或智能硬件行业经历。
- 完整经历过硬件类项目从规划、执行到交付和验收的0到1落地。
- 英语可作为工作语言，能够与海外客户、合作伙伴和监管机构沟通。
- 理解机器人或无人车典型场景的运营要素。
- 熟悉ISO、当地法规或客户标准相关的体系建设与审计。
- 能够接受频繁跨境出差，并适应不同时区与文化环境。
