Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of data center (DC) architectures, integrating cutting edge technology to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency
- Oversee the design of passive systems, including HVAC, electrical, and structural components, ensuring alignment with project objectives and industry standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative design solutions that meet user needs and sustainability goals
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform decision making and design approaches
- Establish and maintain design protocols and standards to ensure quality and consistency across all projects
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to drive innovative solutions within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in data center design and passive systems engineering
- Proven track record of managing and leading complex design projects from concept to completion
- Strong technical knowledge of data center architecture, passive design principles, and sustainability practices
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering tools

- Professional certifications (e.g., LEED, PMP, RCDD) are preferred.
