- Plan and execute risk based audits across capital project activities
- Review governance, processes, and control environments related to development such as design and delivery functions
- Review cost related practices and financial controls within capital projects
- Evaluate alignment with approved policies, procedures, and governance requirements
- Identify key risks and translate them into clear audit observations and recommendations
- Engage with relevant stakeholders to support audit execution and follow up
- Contribute to the enhancement of audit methodologies, tools, and practices
- Support audit planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement activities
- Assist with capability building and knowledge sharing within Internal Audit
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Governance, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant audit experience in capital projects, consulting, or advisory roles
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent are highly preferred
- Knowledge of Commercial Governance & Procurement Assurance (Cost Planning, Tender Evaluation, Contract management, Claims)
- Strong understanding of project governance, delivery, and cost management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing audit teams
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Overview
- The Senior Manager Development Audit at Qiddiya Investment Company will lead and manage the audit function across development projects to ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- This leadership role involves executing comprehensive audit plans, driving internal control assessments, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance governance and risk management.
- The Senior Manager will work closely with cross functional teams and senior leadership to strengthen the control environment, optimize processes, and support the achievement of Qiddiya's ambitious development objectives.
