Responsibilities
- Maintain Data Centers and IT rooms to ensure availability, integrity, operability, and normal functionality in terms of Power, Cooling, UPS, alarm systems, etc., including managing data center maintenance contracts
- Maintain AEC’s registered Domains to ensure their reservation and normal functionality in terms of accessibility, availability, and integrity
- Prepare, review, and enforce IT systems related policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness and full coverage of all system services
- Maintain Microsoft Products, Contracts, Agreements, and Support Services to fulfil business requirements while following legal and licensing requirements
Requirements
- Experience in maintaining Data Centers and IT rooms including power, cooling, UPS, alarm systems
- Experience managing registered domains and ensuring accessibility, availability, and integrity
- Ability to prepare, review, and enforce IT systems related policies and procedures
- Experience maintaining Microsoft Products, Contracts, Agreements, and Support Services

Job Description
- To ensure the availability, integrity, and reliable operation of IT systems, including virtual infrastructure, Microsoft Domain, email services, storage, and backup by performing full lifecycle management.
Job Requirements
- Maintain Data Centers and IT rooms to ensure availability, integrity, operability, and normal functionality of the Data Centre, in terms of Power, Cooling, UPS, alarm systems, etc. This includes managing data center maintenance contracts.
- Maintain AEC’s registered Domains, like aecl.com, aecl2.com, aec.com.sa, MADAR.com, to ensure their reservation under AEC’s name, and normal functionality in terms of accessibility, availability, and integrity.
- Prepare, review, and enforce IT systems related policies and procedures to ensure their effectiveness, full coverage of all system services, in addition to providing users with clear guidelines for the acceptable usage of system services.
- Maintain Microsoft Products, Contracts, Agreements, and Support Services, in order to fulfil business requirements in terms of providing required applications licenses whilst following legal and licensing requirements of Microsoft.
