- Assist with ERP system testing and user feedback gathering during minor upgrades
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define ERP system requirements aligned with business objectives
- Identify process gaps and propose practical solutions with measurable impact
- Work with Oracle team for issue resolution and enhancement discussions
- Present and demonstrate improved ERP frameworks to stakeholders
- Contribute to ERP project planning, including timelines, priorities, and key milestones
