The Senior HVAC Design Engineer leads 3–5 engineers and owns end-to-end HVAC design for building services projects.

Compensation
- Salary range is INR 500,000 to INR 1,500,000 per year, stated as INR 5–15 LPA.
Workplace
- The role is on-site in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
- Periodic project site visits are required.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor HVAC design engineers and oversee their day-to-day technical activities.
- Own HVAC design delivery and review designs, calculations, drawings, documentation, and deliverables.
- Prepare and explain Design Basis Reports and other technical deliverables.
- Incorporate client feedback, obtain approvals, and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Attend meetings, manage technical communication, and resolve site-related issues through visits.
