Role Overview
Senior sales and business development leadership role focused on defence electronics, aerospace, space, and avionics markets.
The role drives business growth and strategic customer engagement across complex B2B technology ecosystems.
The position is based in Bengaluru and is full-time and on-site.
Compensation
- The stated salary range is INR 100,000 to INR 7,000,000, also described as INR 1 to 70 LPA.
Candidate Requirements
- 14+ years of experience in sales, business development, strategic accounts, or commercial leadership roles.
- Strong experience in defence electronics, aerospace, space, avionics, or related high-technology industries.
- Proven revenue growth and new-business development experience in complex B2B environments.
- Strong relationships with defence organizations, OEMs, government stakeholders, system integrators, or strategic technology partners.
- Experience managing large, complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, business development, and industry engagements.
