We're looking for a Sr.

Financial Analyst to support business decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.

In this role, you'll play a key part in budgeting, performance tracking, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth — while serving as a trusted partner to internal teams and clients.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning
• Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams — including Corporate Accounting & Finance and Operations & Services — to support business initiatives
• Conduct ad hoc analysis on key business drivers and KPIs
• Help prepare presentations for senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role (3+ years with an MBA)
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
• Experience with financial systems (e.g., Core) and/or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, or willingness to develop it

Nice to Have

• MBA, CFA, or CPA (or progress toward certification)
• Experience in the furniture, workplace solutions, or services industry
• Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools
