- Lead the complete finance and accounting function of the organization
- Ensure financial stability, statutory compliance, business profitability, operational controls, strategic financial planning, and accurate reporting across UAE and international operations
- Build a strong financial governance framework
- Drive automation through ERP systems
- Support management decisions through analytical MIS
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, tax regulations, and audit requirements
- Lead finance teams across multiple locations including UAE and overseas operations
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
- MBA Finance preferred
- 5 10+ years of experience
- UAE Finance exposure preferred
- Experience in Free Zone / JAFZA environment preferred
- Experience in Chemical Trading, Oilfield Chemicals, or Industrial Chemical Trading sector preferred
- Stable career history with strong tenure in previous organizations
- Experience handling complete finance function including strategic finance, taxation, treasury, audits, budgeting, and ERP systems

Position Details
- Position Title: Sr Finance Manager.
- Department: Finance & Accounts.
- Reporting To: CEO / Managing Director / Group CFO.
- Location: Dubai, UAE (JAFZA / Mainland / Free Zone).
- Employment Type: Full Time.
- Working Hours: 9 Hr/Per day.
- Working Days: 5 Days and alternate Saturday half day working.
- Driving Licence: Preferred.
Role Purpose
- The Finance Manager / Head of Finance will lead the complete finance and accounting function of the organization, ensuring financial stability, statutory compliance, business profitability, operational controls, strategic financial planning, and accurate reporting across UAE and international operat
- The role is responsible for building a strong financial governance framework, driving automation through ERP systems, supporting management decisions through analytical MIS, and ensuring compliance with UAE laws, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
- The role will also lead finance teams across multiple locations including UAE and overseas operations.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
- MBA Finance preferred.
- 5 10+ years’ experience.
- UAE Finance exposure preferred.
- Experience in Free Zone / JAFZA environment preferred.
Recommendation
- Candidates should ideally come from an SME background within the Chemical Trading, Oilfield Chemicals, or Industrial Chemical Trading sector.
